Website Comment The Public Meeting which was often spoken about but never agreed by the Manorbier Community Council took place on the 27th of April 2009. The Notice of the Meeting was issued by the Clerk, Mrs M Hughes, without any formal or agreed instruction to do so from the Council. It can therefore only be assumed that she was acting alone on her own initiative. This begs the question as to what right Cllr Hughes had to instruct the Clerk that no minutes should be taken as he had no authority from the Council to do that. This raises concerns and therefore we have to ask the question, why did the chairman ensure that no minutes were taken. |
