This is the summons issued to Community Councillors, and a notice for the press and public, of a meeting of the Manorbier Community Council being called by the present Chairman. All meetings called by a Chairman can only be Extraordinary Meetings. This notice is therefore extraordinary and the spelling very extraordinary. Why should the Council need a "Procedure" that is extraordinarily different from the accepted norm for public administration? |
